In business on the Mendocino coast since 2001, the Mendocino Yarn Shop is now located in a spacious, comfortable space in the Boatyard Center in Fort Bragg, just north of Mendocino!

Our mission is to encourage knitters, crocheters, and spinners in developing their skills; to provide a wide variety of yarns to inspire them; and to support a community of fiber artists.

The Mendocino Yarn Shop is a friendly place to shop, where knitters of all skill levels can get help finding the perfect yarn for their projects.  We offer a variety of classes through the year, to help knitters and crocheters learn new skills, and we offer workshops with guest teachers.

Owner Annelle Karlstad and her staff welcome you to come in and explore...Her motto is, "KEEP CALM, AND KNIT ON!"
